INFINITI

Shinrin-Yoku

A sensory digital & physical installation with the brand's hospitality at its very core.

INFINITI sought a physical, transportable brand experience for their headquarters lobby—one that embodied the Japanese principles of omotenashi (hospitality and mindfulness) while expressing the brand pillars of power and serenity, with a subtle nod to the upcoming QX60. Our response was INFINITI Forest Bath, a phygital, multi-sensory installation inspired by shinrin-yoku (Japanese forest bathing). The experience blended sight, sound, scent, touch and taste into an immersive journey that could either soothe or energise. Extending beyond the installation itself, curated takeaways—luxury teas, a signature scent and digital touchpoints—sustained the relationship and positioned INFINITI not just as an automaker, but as a curator of wellbeing and modern luxury.

As a result:

  • 85% visitors reported feeling 'recharged' or 'calmer'
  • 69% Opted into follow-up communication brand content
  • 79% of visitiors registered an interest in test-driving the upcoming model QX60.
